Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies the Services provided to you by ClioVis, LLC (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and informs you what information is collected and used for the Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Services. Collection of Information

Purpose. Users can access limited features of the Services without disclosing personal information. In order to access the entirety of the Services, users must register for an account, which will provide the registrant with full access to the Services, including access to any associated message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, downloadable or embedded content, customizable content, user-created content, software services, and other interactive features (collectively, “Interactive Services”) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, “post”) content or materials (collectively, “User Contributions”) on or through the Services.

Information Sought During Registration – During the account registration process, you will be asked to submit information, including your username, and an active e-mail address.  When using a single sign on service (SSO) such as Google Sign In, this information is collected automatically. You will also be asked to optionally provide your occupation, your country and state/region.

Automatically Collected Information. Information concerning your computer hardware and software is automatically collected and may be shared by Company in any legal manner. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.

Storage and Transfer of Personally Identifiable Information. Company may store and process in the United States or any other country in which Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. By using the Services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.


Use and Sharing of Personal Information

Company collects and uses your personal information to operate the Services.

Company may use anonymized user generated content to train machine learning models to improve the Services. This may involve sharing anonymized user generated content with external companies.

Company sometimes hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as sending newsletters, providing customer service, and performing statistical analysis of our services. Information From Other Sources

We sometimes supplement the information that we receive that has been outlined in this Privacy Policy with information from other sources and companies. Information Security

If you choose to create a profile for Company’s Services or if you choose to register for an account, you will be required to select a password. Company reserves the right to occasionally update this Privacy Policy.
